TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of wagpilot.com and any order you place with WagPilot ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact us at hello@wagpilot.com.

1. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error; if we do, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. UK delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Delivery Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

4. Returns and cancellations You can cancel and return items as set out in our Refund Policy. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

5. Products We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Always follow the fitting and care instructions, and never leave a dog unattended in a vehicle. Our seat covers are designed to protect car seats and are not a restraint or safety device; use a suitable dog car harness or crate to secure your dog while driving, as required by the Highway Code.

6. Our liability We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Website use All content on this site, including our logo, text and images, belongs to WagPilot or our licensors. Please don't copy it without permission.

8. Changes We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

9. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
