SHIPPING POLICY

Free UK delivery on every order.

• Where we ship: United Kingdom (mainland and Northern Ireland). We'll be adding more countries soon.
• Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Delivery time: most orders arrive within 3–8 working days after dispatch. Highlands, islands and some remote postcodes can take a little longer.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery problems If your parcel hasn't arrived within 12 working days of ordering, or the tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, email us at hello@wagpilot.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with either a replacement or a full refund.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Customs and duties All UK orders are sent from within the UK, so there are no customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.
